Authors present at the seminar are Ronnie Eklund (professor of law, Stockholm University), Katariina Hakkala (PhD in economics, The Research Institute of Industrial Economics, Stockholm), Anders Kjellgren (administrator the Council of Ministers), André Sapir (professor of economics, Université Libre de Bruxelles), and Anders Widfeldt (Lecturer in Politics at the University of Aberdeen). The seminar is held in English.
